And we're pulling in the Glean agent to Cloud as well. Cloud was able to essentially build out a full web browser for us that we could click through and cycle through and dig into the data. Where it shows us what the AM or the account manager is actually tracking and how they forecasted it. “And if there's discrepancies in what the AI is calling.” So, an AM may call out and say, hey, you know, I've got super biz that is coming up in December. And it all looks good. It's likely, right? It's going to renew. But the AI is telling us, you actually haven't talked to anybody there in the last four months. Their usage is down from 70% to 40%. Maybe they had, you know, a couple of leadership changes and you no longer have a champion there.
I tell them like I rarely ever get mad or upset except when I find shit that I shouldn't find, right? Meaning that like you've done something and kept it from me. I always want good news to travel fast and bad news to travel faster. So if we lose a big deal or if we lose a big renewal, like you should tell me immediately “so that we can try to triage or do something about it.” And so part of it is like, this is what you can expect out of working for me. I also tell them one of the huge things that I try to pride myself on is that I've got two young children. I am family first, right? If you've got both of my managers have kids, if you need something for your family, your partner, like your kids,
