I think one of the things that I was scared of as a sales leader Armand was I was like okay do I want to put all of my chips on that 180k deal because this is early stage selling and like I felt like we could mitigate our risk of hitting the number by having more 15-20k deals in the pipeline than having fewer big 80-90-110k deals because this is an early stage product. And so I'm actually really curious about your thinking around this where I was trying to solve the problem with volume of deals and it sounds like you had a little bit different of a take. And so to be clear I still care about volume of deals and that was like the fourth thing that we fixed but I think the reps were booking more meetings when they were working with you than they were with me.

  2. that warrants an elevated executive conversation. And so sometimes we would get in front of a hundred person sales organization. And we would say, well, like, how many reps do you wanna have on board? If it's 10 reps, we could do $10,000. And they'd be like, great. Why don't we start with a pilot for one of our sales teams? And I'll pull from like this tiny L&D budget with this manager down here. And like, you'll never see the light of day. And if you do get expansion, it's gonna be one team at a time because I know I can just do the little like 10K nibbles versus when you go to that customer and you quote them a hundred, it's like,

  3. but honestly it happens in technical products where your brain will have so many technical case studies and trainings in your head and your marketing team will be like, wow, look at how we did training for this team, cold calling for that team, discovery for that team, built playbooks for this team, reinforcement sessions for that team. And you'll want to shove it all down the prospect's throat. And what will happen is they'll usually say something like, this is great, but it's more software than I need. Or it feels like a little bit more than what we need for this phase. And so when you do a yo, dog demo or a pimp my ride demo, it is a forcing function for
