Help me understand what are the things you actually want to understand about this, this, and this. And so what you've done here is in this scenario, “your next email is going to be far more calibrated to what they actually want to understand.” Or you might determine that they're just blowing you off and maybe you need to go spend. Let's say they tell you what they want in the email, and it's actually substantive stuff. You're like, okay, there might be something here. What do you do to wrap that call? Yeah, I'll be like, okay, great. You know what? Thanks for that information. I'm going to put that in the email.
