  3. with 10 managers, 20 managers, 30 managers, what have you. In other words, I take that desire to have a more scalable process and I infer the problem based on that. So sometimes they're going to take you to the problem when you ask, why'd you take the call? Sometimes they're going to turn that into a problem. Other times they're not even going to know what the problem is or be able to proactively bring it up. And so then the responsibility is on you as the salesperson to raise the problem, to bring up the issue that you believe based upon your knowledge of their situation and their space that they might be dealing with.
