1. You may want to assign more reps in a more efficient manner than one by one. There are a few different ways to accomplish this goal. “Export all the companies from the search you want to update.” Sales Rep Assignment Report:The report allows you to find companies based on different criteria and rep. You can use the report to find all secondary or primary reps. For example, you may want to find all accounts with no sales so you can reassign them quickly.Choose the companies you want to update and use the assign rep actions. You will need to choose the new rep to replace the current rep.You will get the choice to assign future commissions to the rep as well as the contact overview.TipIf you are going to terminate a rep, we recommend you first use this report to assign all accounts and then terminate the rep. You have more flexibility assigning accounts to an active rep than a terminated rep.
