  1. Those tend to be two pieces that a lot of traditional teams look at. And I think where you can get really advanced in looking at your own personal equation is starting to look at a few other metrics. So looking at what is your reply rate? So of the replies that you've gotten, how many meetings have you scheduled off of those? What is the open reply rate based off of sequences compared to the one offs that you're sending? And so I think the more that you can start to really drill into the specifics of your own sales equation is where you can really start to move the needle and ask for help from your manager to see where the area is to improve on. I'm really curious. It sounds like you're talking about three things.

  2. And I think in order to be a good salesperson, you have to face adversity and figure out like the mental strength to get over that and figure out what that is. And then the second piece for SDRs getting ready to be promoted to AEs is starting to like really do the job. I always recommend that they follow a deal, full cycle, that they have prospected and be on every single call with the AE until it becomes a customer. Have the AE blind copy you on different emails so you can see like what's really involved. I think SDRs kind of have like blinders on in the sense that they do all this work to get the meeting scheduled. And I think once the meeting is scheduled, like it's done, it's now a customer, right? And that would not be awesome.
