Historical calls are not assigned an estimate, so the card says Tracking now until measured calls exist. “Caller-ID rows compare answer funnel rates with Voice Insights evidence such as post-dial delay, SIP responses, blocked calls, silence, short calls, and branding when available.” Pending means the latest Voice Insights or phone-number report has not supplied that measure yet. Not tested means the current caller ID has no applicable branding experiment result.
