But also as you dial various people in the organization, whether it's positive, negative, or you're getting referred to other people, it is critical to take really, really good account notes. So for example, if you get referred from one person to another, you should write that at the account level. Or if someone gives you some intel on a cold call, you should probably write that down on the account level and then use that in your opener on the next person as you bring in additional contacts. So do not do dials independently as if you called this company for the first time ever.
