  2. focus on the wrong one, the whole thing is going to go to the wrong direction. So a couple of things. One is just like in your prep, right? You should know there are certain company personas you sell to, there are certain buyer personas you sell to, and you should start to pattern match what combinations of those tend to align with certain problems. So you should already have like some sort of guess, some sort of hypothesis on where they might land before you even get started. But the first question is really the most important question, which is why did you take the call? I don't like just why did you take the call, no matter how lovely you make it sound, because I think it's too open ended.
