Prepare the sending path
Prepare the sending path before the agent creates a queue. First, confirm that the infrastructure can show where a message went and how the sending identity is holding up.

Check whether the same kind of trigger appears across the queue, then check whether the target account would recognize its relevance. Release the messages when they sound specific to the recipient and the targeting supports the reason for contact.
Monitor inbox placement and engagement
Monitor health while the agent is sending. A clean setup can still produce a poor result when the queue, copy, or audience changes.

Watch inbox placement alongside opens, replies, and other positive engagement. If placement or engagement falls, hold the next volume increase and inspect the message pattern, targeting, and sending identity. Fix the cause before resuming. Keep a person in the send loop
An agent needs a person who can review, stop, and correct it. Give that person a clear point in the workflow where sending waits for a decision.

Assign ownership for the queue, the sending identities, and the review decision. Have the owner inspect the copy and targeting before release, then check health during the run.
